Manuel coli is fantasying about the superpowers he will have with the plasmid transformation. In sad truth, reality is not that glamorous when he is expressing the recombinant protein that the plasmid harbors.

Note: plasmid DNA is a portion of DNA that acts as a transport vehicule to deliver genes from one specie to another that does not have that gene in their genome. Generaly, E. coli is used as a factory for recombinant protein production...mankind is indeed slavering the microworld!
